How
do I get an estimate?
There are many variables that affect the cost of a printing
job. These include number of colors, pages, type of paper and
quantity. A brief discussion with one of our representatives
can answer these questions and give us the information we need
to give you the best price.
What software is best for preparing
digital files for printing?
QuarkXPress, Adobe PageMaker, and Adobe InDesign are the
industry standards for page layout and design. If you have
questions
about other applications, please consult with
our prepress experts.
What should I include with my digital
file?
Always include hard copies (laser or ink jet prints). These
give us an idea of what your printed piece should look like.
You should be sure you have included all supporting files
such as photos, fonts and any other graphics, illustrations
or logos.
What is four color printing?
Four color printing usually describes the process used
to reproduce “full
color” such as color photos. Also described as “process
color” it uses cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks
to simulate all the colors in the spectrum. In addition to
our
extensive one and two color printing capabilities, Lettercomm
has state-of-the-art four color presses ready to meet your
biggest challenges.
How long does it take to get my job printed?
Like
any service this can vary a good deal depending on complexity
of
the project. One of our representatives can provide a time
estimate based on your project and needs. At Lettercomm,
we take deadlines seriously.

full-service mail shop. Call Dave Harris 703-739-0996,
